There is no clear title listed on this release. The front cover features a “Copyright Infringement Advisory: Illegal Art” faux-warning label. The disc is labelled “Not For Sale. Stay Free! 003. [… companion cd for ill art exhibit. new york. chicago. 2002–2003.” (From liner notes): "NOT FOR SALE. This CD is available free at Illegal Art Exhibit events." Included on the CD are tracks legally deleted from our culture: samplephilia classics and a few surprises. Some tracks were used without permission and thus the disc was given away at the Stay Free magazine's Illegal Art Exhibit. A few spare copies were also available for mail order (see label web site).
