My DIs are a little clipped. Can you still use them?

Sometimes, but it's better for us if you retake your DI without the clipping.

Do I need to have recorded through a real interface?

You need a clean, unprocessed capture of the guitar signal at a decent sample rate. Any competent interface will do it.

What if I don't like the tone that comes back?

Every job includes one revision. Send us your notes and we'll re-run it. Share references and we'll hit the mark faster.

Can you reamp bass and synths too?

Yes, all of these.

How do the files come back?

As .wav files aligned to your original session start, at your sample rate and 24-bit, named to match your source tracks, so you can drag and drop.
